About Tern Lane

Two-and-a-half hours north of Auckland, all by sealed road, on the east coast, lies the small settlement of Whananaki. It is a beautiful, unspoilt part of the North and is a mecca for water lovers. Tern Lane is an eco-friendly development nestled into a small stretch of Whananaki North waterfront land. The large sections each have easterly sea views and, combined with native planting and green practices, have enabled this community to retain a spacious, natural feel.
